Capitol Federal® Hosts Document Shredding Event

TOPEKA, Kan. – In an effort to curb identity theft, Capitol Federal will host a Shred Day at the bank’s Fairlawn location at 2100 SW Fairlawn Road on Monday, April 23rd. The Shred Day event, held between 11:00am and 1:00pm, will give residents the opportunity to shred a maximum of three bags or boxes of paper documents at no cost, courtesy of Iron Mountain®. Guidelines for documents that should be considered for shredding are included on Capitol Federal’s website at www.capfed.com/shreddays.
