As a current Capitol Federal customer, and True Blue Online® user, it’s important you are aware of a few modifications which will occur during the upgrade process.  To enjoy continued access to the information you want, please follow the steps below prior to October 12, 2012.  If you’d like assistance with any of the actions, call Customer Service at 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333) or visit your local branch.

  • Inactive Payees within Bill Payment will not be retained after the upgrade.  If you currently change your payees between inactive and active, be sure to set all payees you’d like to keep to active status.  Any payees set as inactive will not appear after the upgrade, and you will have to re-enter the information.


To set inactive payees to active status, follow these steps:

                      i.     Log in to True Blue Online®.

                     ii.     Select the Bill Payment tab.

                    iii.     Select the Add or Modify Payee sub tab.

                    iv.     Select the Active box for each Payee you would like to keep.

                     v.     Select the Make Changes box to save.

  • Only Bill Payment history beginning January 1, 2012 will be available after the upgrade.  If you would like to keep your payment history prior to January 1, 2012, please print the history from the payment history screen.  Payment history will continue to be available on your past statements.  After the upgrade, payment history will build to 18 months.

   
            To print payment history, follow these steps:

                      i.     Log in to True Blue Online®.

                     ii.     Select the Bill Payment tab.

                    iii.     Select the Payment History sub tab.

                    iv.     Show all available history and click display.

                     v.     Select File and Print from your web browser.

  • True Blue Online® will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 pm Central Time on Friday, October 12th.  The new True Blue Online® will be available on Monday, October 15th.   It is important you plan and schedule any online bill payments or transfers prior to the end of the business day on October 12th.  Once the upgrade is live and available to you, you may continue scheduling payments and conducting your online banking as normal.
