With the evolution of phishing attacks, it is important Capitol Federal continues to offer greater security solutions to protect you from the burden of online fraud. True Blue Online® includes the use of Intelligent Authentication, and TrueStamp technology.
TrueStamp technology includes an image and phrase selected by you, giving each user an image which is truly unique. It adds an additional component of security to your online banking experience by securely verifying the TBO site to you before you have to enter sensitive information, such as a password.
During your first sign on, after the upgrade, you will be asked to set up your TrueStamp. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the set up.
In the future, if the image or phrase does not display correctly when you login with the correct User ID, do not enter your password and contact Capitol Federal's Customer Service at 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333).
