I joined Capitol Federal in August of 2006. While attending the University of Kansas full time, I worked in Capitol Federal's retail operations until graduating with a Bacholor of General Studies in Economics in December 2009. After graduation, I accepted my current position as a Community Lending Specialist. I specialize in mortgage programs for first-time and low-to-moderate income home buyers, such as CHIP (Community Housing Investment Partnership), Kansas City Dream Home Program and ADDI (American Dream Downpayment Initiative). I also work with city and state officials, local community development groups and not-for-profit organizations. I serve on the Board of the Urban Financial Services Coalition and am the Treasurer for the group.
