Following my 1979 graduation from the University of Kansas, where I earned a degree in Business, I joined Capitol Federal – and here I’ve built my career. I first served customers, both as a branch manager and in administration, then in 2003, I accepted the position of Senior Mortgage Consultant. My experience provided me the opportunity of developing a unique understanding of both the retail and lending areas and how they can work together to meet a customer’s financial goals.
Capitol Federal considers “Commitment to Community” vital to its tradition. This commitment is a part of its corporate principles, and management promotes involvement in community and housing relations and activities. Through Capitol Federal Foundation, the Bank is able to further support community involvement. My community support includes the Earlybird Toastmaster Club.
