How it works:

1. Your employee signs up for their True Blue PayCard with your HR or personnel department.
2. Once the employee receives their card, their pay is automatically deposited to their card account each pay period.
3. The employee can make purchases, pay bills, and get cash with their True Blue PayCard, as well as track their spending online at www.visaprepaidprocessing.com/TrueBluePayCard.
4. Additional funds can be loaded to the account by the employee at one of thousands of Visa ReadyLink locations worldwide, up to $5,000.
