Merger Information for Capital City Customers

Effective September 1, 2018, Capital City Bank is now a part of Capitol Federal®.

Here are the top 5 things you should know:

1.    Continue using your current branch, debit card and checks.

2.    You may now use any ATM in the Capitol Federal network surcharge-free. Click here for a list.

3.    Capitol Federal ATMs cannot take deposits from former Capital City accounts at this time.

4.    Check back here, to the Merger Resource Center, for the most up-to-date information.

5.    Continue to use your existing online banking login.

Other important information:

To ensure a smooth transition, please make sure all your contact information is up-to-date on your current account record. You may visit any former Capital City Bank location to do this.

Your security is our priority. Most CapFed® cardholders sign for purchases at the point of sale to avoid PIN transaction charges. Not only is it more secure to sign, it's an easy way to protect your PIN from exposure to others. While you do not have a CapFed debit card yet, you may want to start practicing shopping and signing with your current debit card. For more info, visit capfed.com/debit.

Mortgage lenders are available to help you in your neighborhood. If you are interested in purchasing or refinancing a home, visit capfed.com/loanprofessionals for more info.
