The Change Address/Telephone Number option allows the customer to update his/her residential address and work, home and mobile telephone numbers. (This method cannot be used to change seasonal, mailing or other non-residential addresses.)
From the Self Service tab, click Change Address/Telephone Number.
Complete the form. (All fields except Apt. /Suite are required. If you are not changing all fields, enter the current information which is on file for the fields that you are not changing.)
Click Next (Click Cancel to return to the Self Service screen).
Verify that the information is correct and click Update Address to process the change (click Return to return to the address and phone number data entry form, or click Cancel to return to the Self Service screen).
