Check photocopies are subject to fees; please refer to the most recent version of our Disclosure Booklet.
If you have not received your photocopy after 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333).
Provide the following information:
- Select the Account from the dropdown list.
- Enter the Check or Draft Number of the check you are requesting a photocopy of.
- Enter the Amount of the check in dollars and cents (including the decimal).
- Enter the date the check posted to your account in Date Item Cleared (using the format mm/dd/yyyy) or select the date of the check from the calendar date box.
- Select Request Check or to cancel this request without making any changes, select Cancel.
HOW TO VIEW A CHECK IMAGE:
Note: Viewing of check images may be subject to fees; please refer to the most recent version of our Disclosure Booklet.
- Select Account from the top navigation menu and Activity on the sub-menu.
- Select the Account and transaction Type using the dropdown lists and enter a date range (mm/dd/yyyy) or choose from the calendar icons for the account activity to display.
- Select the check number hyperlink. A pop up box will display the front and back image of your check.
