Message Center

The Message Center allows you to receive and send secure messages between you and Capitol Federal’s Customer Service; a representative will respond via Secure Message within 48 hours.

If you would like to speak with a Customer Service Representative, call 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333).

Select the number of messages to View using the dropdown list for either Inbox or Sent and clicking Display.

Sort the message list by selecting the column headings.

View or reply to any of the messages by clicking on the subject text.
