Preparing for the New True Blue Online®

Checklist for current online and mobile users

1. Ensure your phone number is current with Capitol Federal®, if you have not already done so.

2. Set a reminder: True Blue Online® and Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning at 9 pm, Friday, August 24 and will not be available again until the morning of Monday, August 27.  Bill Payment will be unavailable beginning at 1 am, Friday, August 24 and will not be available again until the morning of Monday, August 27.

3. If you use eBills: Cancel your eBills as soon as possible. Make note of your payees, so you may reestablish your eBills after August 27.

4. If you set up transfers to other financial institutions, make note of these as you will need to re-establish these transfers on, or after, August 27.

5. If you are enrolled in eStatements and/or account alerts, you will need to re-establish your enrollment after August 27.

6. NOTE: Existing bill payment information, including payees, payment history, contacts and other information will transfer automatically.

7. NOTE: Existing internal transfers and mortgage payments to and from Capitol Federal accounts will transfer automatically.




QUICKEN® USERS: Web Connect will continue to be supported for Quicken. No action is required for Quicken Direct Connect users to convert to Web Connect, but Web Connect will need to be used in the future to import transactions into Quicken. Direct Connect will no longer be supported.
