Pay Down Your Principal
Loan customers wanting to make Principal-Only Loan payments online are able to do so from their Capitol Federal® transaction account. This allows you, as the customer, to pay down your principal without having to make an extra trip to a branch location.
To make a principal-only payment:
- Log in to True Blue Online® banking
- Select the Transfers tab
- Select the desired transaction account in the From: area
- Select your loan in the To: area
- Select Principal-Only Payment
- Enter the amount and click Continue
- Review the transfer
- Click Transfer
