Tickets, Taste and Win – Tap That Topeka 2024 Sweepstakes Official Rules and Eligibility

Eligibility and Rules
Must be 21 years of age or older to qualify to win a two (2) tickets to the Tap That Topeka Beer Festival. Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am CDT Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and ends at 4:00 pm CDT Thursday, May 30, 2024. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible or incomplete. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Only one entry per person. Void where prohibited by law. Open to all U.S. residents, restricted to redemption in KS and MO only. All entries become the property of Capitol Federal® and will not be returned. Capitol Federal reserves the right to use any and all winners’ names in Capitol Federal newsletters, web sites, and all other official company publications and media.
How to Enter
Only one entry per person. Enter online at capfed.com and fill out an official entry form. All entries become the property of Capitol Federal and will not be returned to the entrant. All entries must be filled out by 4:00 pm CDT on May 30, 2024 to be eligible. Capitol Federal is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

Limitations of Liability
The Bank is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. The Bank assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Bank is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. The Bank is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in connection with the sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Bank which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.
Prize
Two (2) General Admission tickets to the 2024 Tap That Topeka Beer Festival, approximate value $120.00. A drawing will be held by Capitol Federal staff by the end of the business day on Friday, May 31, 2024, from all eligible entries. Five (5) winners will be drawn. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize can only be redeemed in Kansas or Missouri. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received in each Market. Employees of Capitol Federal and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. No purchase necessary; need not be present to win.
Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected by a Capitol Federal® employee in a random drawing at Capitol Federal from all eligible entries by the end of the business day on May 31, 2024. Each winner will receive two (2) General Admission tickets to Tap That Topeka 2024. Each of the five (5) winners will be contacted by phone or notified by email, and winners must respond to Capitol Federal within five (5) days, and take possession of their prizes at the nearest Capitol Federal Branch by June 7, 2024, or the prize is forfeited. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with the awarded prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.
