homebuyer educationWe believe there's more to owning a home than securing a loan. That's why we support homebuyer education programs for our loan customers. Home-At-Last borrowers are required to participate in these very helpful home ownership and personal finance counseling programs. The programs are offered by recognized community organizations or in a counseling session arranged by Capitol Federal®.
Restrictions apply to these programs, and they are subject to change without notice.
The Johnson County Community College (JCCC) presents home buyer education programs to those buying a home for the first time. This is a low-cost Community Homebuyers Seminar.
