Capitol Federal® Branch Update: Topeka Boulevard Branch (1201 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66612) will be temporarily closed beginning Thursday, March 26 until further notice, and this includes the drive-thru. If you need to access your Safe Deposit Box at this location, please call us at 785-274-5753 to make an appointment.

All other Capitol Federal drive-thru lanes remain open for you during normal business hours. All CapFed ATMs remain available, as well as online and mobile services.

As a reminder, there are many ways CapFed® is ready to assist you if you are unable to visit one of our drive-thru branches.

• You may use True Blue Online® to access your accounts from home. True Blue Online allows you instant access to pay bills, view transactions, check balances, send secure messages and more. CapFed’s Mobile Banking app also allows you to access your account information and uses your smartphone’s built-in functionality to find the nearest in-network CapFed ATM. You can also deposit checks using the Mobile Deposit feature within the TBO app.

• You may open new accounts online using our Online Account Application. This includes Checking, Savings, Money Market Select and Certificates of Deposit. Certain restrictions may apply.

• Our online mortgage loan application is available 24/7 at capfed.com/applynow any time you’re ready to start your home loan process.

• As always, our dedicated CapFed Customer Support Center is here for you to address any questions or concerns related to your accounts. Call us at 1-888-8CAPFED to speak with a knowledgeable CapFed employee.

Due to the evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Capitol Federal has elected to temporarily move to utilizing drive-thru only service at all of our branch locations, beginning Saturday, March 14th, 2020 until further notice.

This measure is a proactive precaution to employ ‘social distancing’ practices in an effort to protect both customers and employees while staying available to serve customers during our normal business hours. 

We expect the increased traffic in our drive-thru lanes may slightly slow the pace of service at times.  We appreciate your patience as we work to conduct business in the safest way possible during these unique circumstances.

Our In-Store locations in Lawrence and Greater Kansas City that do not have drive-thru lanes will also be closed temporarily.
