Rick Jackson serves as Executive Vice President - Chief Lending Officer of Capitol Federal®. He has been with the Bank since 1993 and has held the position of Community Development Director since that time. He has held the position of Chief Lending Officer since February 2010. Jackson works with community groups, city and state officials and non-profit organizations to help determine housing and credit needs in the communities Capitol Federal serves. His work has opened doors for many new homeowners who otherwise may have had difficulty purchasing a home.

From Baker University, Jackson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and is dedicated to community service and improvement. Jackson is actively involved with many organizations, including Midwest Housing Equity, Inc., United Way of Greater Topeka, Kansas City Urban Bankers Association, the Topeka Business Improvement District and is a board member of BCBSKS. He also serves as a Capitol Federal® Foundation Trustee.
