Shawna Palmieri - Director of Treasury Management

With over 35 years of experience in banking, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for building strong client relationships to Capitol Federal® and our treasury management clients. I’m dedicated to understanding the unique needs of business owners, financial officers and their teams.

I work closely with my clients to grasp their daily operations, identify what they value in terms of cash management, and demonstrate how CapFed® can enhance their banking experience. From fraud prevention to Full-Time Equivalent forecasting and everything in between, I strive to provide a concierge level experience with each of my clients.

I enjoy opportunities to meet new people, learn about their passions, and turn those introductions into relationships that benefit both the client and the bank.

When it comes to my community involvement, I love helping organizations raising money for their causes, and I am genuinely encouraged and motivated by being around people who are passionate about helping others.

When I’m out of the office, you’ll find me spending time with my family and three Great Danes, riding or caring for my three horses, cooking with my husband, or tackling a new DIY project. My retirement job will be at Home Depot.
