Recognizing the rapid development and growth in northwest Wichita, Capitol Federal® made a strategic move in 1987 by purchasing the site at Central and Maize for its 22nd office. Construction kicked off in early 1988, and by fall of that year, the impressive 6,000-square-foot, full-service facility was ready to welcome customers.
