Option 1:- Call us at 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333), 24 hours a day/7 days a week
- Select option 3 for Account Self Service
- Select option 3 again for the VISA® Card Services Menu
- Choose option 2 for Card Deactivation

- Visit or call your local Capitol Federal branch during normal business hours
Option 3:
- Call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-8CAPFED (1-888-822-7333) during Customer Service Center hours
Option 4:
- After hours, log in to True Blue Online®, select the menu option under your name and then the Contact Us option to compose a new message. Select category - Report Lost or Stolen Card.
- By reporting your card lost or stolen via secure message in online banking, please note your card will not be taken out of service until an associate reviews and processes your online request during normal business hours.
