Accessibility to CapFed® Services

Accessibility to CapFed® Services

CapFed® is making it a priority to provide accessible web content and services for our customers. We make every effort necessary to meet online usability and design requirements recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Levels A and AA.

CapFed strives to make every page accessible to users but cannot guarantee that every page conforms to Level AA. Some pages have partial conformance due to the use of 3rd party vendors. As such CapFed does not claim full site-wide conformance, instead a partial conformance, as defined by WCAG Level AA 2.0. Our conformance claims only extend to pages within the https://capfed.com domain.

If using a screen reader device to access capfed.com, the screen reader experience can be improved by keeping your technology updated. Use the latest versions of browsers and assistive technology, operating systems and apps. You can also control font sizes by using the browser and device settings to resize content for optimal reading.

ATM accessibility

CapFed maintains a network of audio-assisted ATMs that have speech output capabilities for people who are blind or visually impaired. These ATMs also meet the height and reach requirements of the ADA.

Branch Accessibility

CapFed works to keep our bank branches compliant with the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We regularly review our facilities for accessible parking spaces, walkways, entrances and lobby areas. We are committed to provide accessible teller counters, safe deposit vaults and other amenities.

We welcome requests to improve all our facilities. If you have a concern about or experience difficulty in accessing any of our facilities, please use one of the methods listed on our contact us page to let us know so that we can rectify it.
