The Redbud Festival presented by FHL Bank celebrates the arrival of spring with the beauty of nature, the arts, and commerce in NOTO. In addition to the start of the annual music series in Redbud Park and NOTO Saturday Markets, the Redbud Festival features special events and presentations.
