Text banking lets you quickly request information about your accounts and receive it via text message. Also, receive alerts to your phone when important transactions occur on your account. No smartphone is required, only a text-enabled mobile device. Texting and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for more information.
You may have up to 5 phone numbers associated with your account via Text Banking.
There is no need to log in, plus it’s just as secure as our other mobile and online services.
With Text Banking, you can:
- Check balances
- Review transaction history
- Transfer funds to internal CapFed® accounts
- Review account nicknames
To enroll in Text Banking:
- Log in to True Blue Online®
- Select your name in the upper right
- Select Text Banking under Settings
- Click Register Phone Number
- Enter the phone number you would like to add for Text Banking
- Click Add
To setup alerts for Text Banking:
- After registering your phone number, you will receive a text message from 62982 with an activation code
- Reply with the activation code
- You are now activated and will receive a reply with the commands you can use
- Save 62982 in your phone, replying with one of the commands below
