Capitol Federal’s True Blue® commitment to community is extremely important to me as I have lived in the Greater Wichita region for almost three decades including Augusta, Andover, Derby, and Maize. No matter where I have lived in Wichita it has remained important to me to be involved by volunteering with my church and being active in the community. 

Currently I serve as a member of the following organizations:

• Derby Chamber of Commerce
• Realtors of South Central Kansas - Young Professionals Network Committee
• Rotary Club of Derby 

Fun facts about me:

• Favorite Quote: “Once you’ve been hurt you learn to hate, but if you hurt another, you’ve become hated and you shoulder a sense of guilt. But it is because one understands such pain, that generosity towards others becomes second nature and that’s what makes us human. It’s a process called growing up”.
• I majored in Fine Arts at Butler Community College and am proud to be semi-proficient in vocals, guitar, and piano.
• I’m passionate about the mountains, hiking and snowboarding. 

A memorable moment for me was getting a professional portrait at a studio for my current position. I realized everything prior was just a stepping stone, or bridge, leading up to this moment in my career.
